At Power Plate, we stand behind our vibration technology and want you to be fully satisfied with your recovery and performance gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack your Power Plate unit and all included accessories in their original packaging to ensure the equipment remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality and condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
